When will my order ship?

Personalized Orders: 14 Business Days
Glassware (screenprinted glassware where there is a setup charge): 2-3 weeks
Rush Processing Time (rush option given upon checkout):

Personalized Orders 5 Days

All orders ship from the east coast but may ship from multiple warehouses. If you order items with different starting model numbers (the first two letters), this means your order will ship from more than one location. Here is a breakdown of warehouse locations:

- We do not accept partial returns (you must return the full quantity ordered)
- Refunds will be less shipping and handling. Shipping costs back to the warehouse(s) is customers responsibility. This may mean sending to multiple warehouses if you order items from multiple locations.
- NO CLAIMS ON SHORTAGES OR DAMAGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 10 DAYS
- NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS WILL BE ALLOWED ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS WILL BE ALLOWED ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS. ITEMS THAT REQUIRE ASSEMBLY WITH A PERSONALIZED LABEL (LIKE PLAYING CARDS, OR MOST THINGS THAT ARE PERSONALIZED ON OUR SITE) ARE CONCIDERED PERSONALIZED AND CANNOT BE RETURNED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. WE CANNOT ACCEPT A RETURN ON THE NON PERSONALIZED PORTION OF A PERSONALIZED PRODUCT DUE TO A POLICY AT THE SUPPLIER THAT CREATES AND SHIPS THE PRODUCTS FOR US. IF WE MAKE AN ERROR ON THE PERSONALIZATION (DIFFERENT FROM WHAT YOU SUBMITTED WITH YOUR ORDER), WE WILL SHIP YOU REPLACEMENT LABELS/PRODUCT AS NECESSARY.
PERSONALIZED GLASSWARE DAMAGES: Although it is rare, a few glassware items can break during transit. It is not possible for us to replace damaged pieces on screen printed items (items with a setup fee charged such as champagne glasses). We can only offer credit. Please be sure that you order enough pieces to cover all contingencies.
Please email us at email@example.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returns must be packaged in the original shipping cartons, including all packing materials and be the entire quantity ordered. We do not accept partial returns. We do not accept cancellations/returns on orders that are personalized (unless there is an error made by us). Please mark the RMA number on the outside of all cartons being returned.
You must contact us for return instructions and RMA number. If you do not contact us prior to returning items, we will not accept the return. We thank you for your understanding.
